yes. Places like Drive Savers will do it, the cost varies by how much data there is, and how much work they have to do to get at it. If it's a matter of attaching a good controller and reading it off, that's cheaper than if they have to disassemble the drive to read stuff off the individual platters. A quick visit to their web site shows they don't even hint at costs...which is often a sign of 'If you have to ask...'
