I have an IBM SCSI drive from ebay (sigh) that doesn't seem to spin up, although it gets a bit warm. ASP sees it but says "no mounted media inserted". FWB-HDT sees it, identifies it, and says it's supported but it's "not ready" so can't format.
Have tried it in 3 different systems, both in LVD with no adapter and single ended mode with a 68->50 adapter.
