Greetings, The system: 7300/PowerLogix G3400, 320mb. System 8.6.
The problem: if I have more than 5-6 applications running at once, or if I have been running the system for some time (2 days, if it stays up that long), I get the error message "Too many files open" or something to that effect. When I tried Netscape 6.x or Mozilla, this happened much more quickly than with any other programs I would run. The question: are there any solutions for this? It may be the case that it is unavoidable, but if there are any extension issues that are known I would love to hear of them (I'm running the base set+a few my apps have installed and one or two extras, such as a program switcher, for the most part). Thank you very much! Wm Voelker __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
