Not really vinyl to CD, but I've been having great fun turning my vinyl into MP3 files with my 7200 using "SoundJam MP." The best thing about this software is that it makes the MP3 file directly from the input. Other software I've used forces you to load up your hard drive with AIFF or WAVE files, and then convert those into MP3. SoundJam does it on the fly---a great time and agravation saver...
