I was just given an Apple ColorSync 17 inch monitor. I used it for about 3 days, and suddenly the screen just goes black. The green LED goes out also. You can turn it off, and then back on and it works for a few more minutes. This is one beautiful monitor, and I would like to fix it. Does anyone have a link for the service manual, or have any suggestions as to what the problem may be. I am back to using an excellent Apple 15 inch, but it just doesn't compare to that beautiful 17". By the way, it seems that I find more dead 17" monitors, that 14" or 15". Is it because of the power demands because of the large screen? TIA, Robert Newman -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
