What Mac are you using it in?
There was a thread not too long ago about 4-port USB cards not working in
PCI Macs. Has that issue been resolved?

I too am looking for a USB card with at least 4 ports, though it'd be for a
Yosemite and a Sawtooth. Haven't found the SIIG in my neighborhood, though
the 6-port Adaptec 5100 (5 ext., 1 int.) isn't priced too bad at $50; it's
USB 2, though also 1.1 compatible. The Adaptec site lists it as duo Mac and
PC compatible (one card for both? or 2 versions?)
Anyone tried the Adaptec?
