Have you just let it sit awhile? Lots and lots of RAM will take awhile to 
test and start up. Just let it sit a couple minutes and I bet it'll power 
right up and run fine. If the delay bugs you, you can turn it off by 
holding shift and option while loading the memory cpl. Then you can turn it 
off.
