Wait a minute here... Isn't using DiskWarrior to fix memory problems kinda like using a food processor to jack your car up with? DiskWarrior is a one-trick-pony. It fixes directories. <period> It doesn't fix keyboard failures, modem scripts, corrupted desktops or preferences. Least of all, it doesn't diagnose or isolate memory failures.
To diagnose memory problems, there are a number of memory testers on the market. I use Ramometer and TTP3. Neither of them is perfect, but testing memory *is* in their repertoire.
