1. You will need to flash the (EP)ROM to make it work in a Mac. The 
utility needed to do so used to be out on the Matrox web (or, perhaps, 
ftp) site. I probably have it, if not.

2. I believe there is an extension and/or control panel you'll need to 
use.

3. I will not work in newer machines, such as a G4.

4. It may not work with OS 9.
