So if I get an external, it needs to be 25 pins, and if I get internal, it can be anything with the proper adaptor? To answer your question, I'd like to add a drive, and I'm not 100% sure on the pros and cons of internal and external. I know external costs more. I found a site that shows how to add an internal, and a cooling fan if it seems necessary.
