If you computer works with the modem, then the next step is to plug 
the router into the modem and one computer into the router. 
Configure the router's WAN setup as you had your computer setup, then 
configure your computer per the Router's instructions.  If you got 
DHCP to work between your computer and modem, then that should also 
work between the router and modem, and between the computer and the 
router.   Beyond that, it will be very tough to help remotely.  I 
don't have the detailed information on how your modem nor your router 
work.  Check the discussion groups at either 
<http://www.threemacs.com/> or <http://www.practicallynetworked.com/> 
which are orientated towards this sort of thing as someone there 
might have experience with you hardware setup.
