Mine is doing the same thing.  I have a 7300/400
(PowerLogix 375/512k // OS9 // USB // ix3d).  I
recently added 256mb, while removing 64mb in smaller
(32, 2x16) DIMMs, for a total of 512mb RAM.  I did the
CUDA drill, rebuilt the desktop, all of the standard
upgrading moves.  From that point it has had an
inability to boot from anything other than a cold
boot.  Runs great, otherwise.

Any suggestions?  Sounds like it may possibly be
7300-specific.
