Just snag yourself an ADB PCI card, if they exist, or a USB PCI card and a
cheap-o USB keyboard and mouse. It'd be a little expensive, but no more than
a new 9500 motherboard. That's if it's the hardware, which looks to be
likely.

Try TechTool maybe?
