The Umax S900/J700 supply is an ATX with AT style connectors on the 
wires.  I.e. it has three six pin connectors of the type that AT 
computers used two of.   It also has a three pin connector similar to 
the common fan power connector which carries the soft power on 
signals (GND, 5V trickle, Power-On).   It would be more difficult to 
adapt a Umax PS than an ATX PS.  The Power Computing machines, except 
the Power 80/100/120, used ATX supplies.
