I just picked up a PM 7600 with 64MB of RAM. My plans are upgrading to a 500Mhz G3, and putting some more memory as well, to at least 512MB.
My issue is, on 18004memory.com it said that some of the FPM DIMMS for powermacs are not compatible with G3/G4 upgrades... Is this true, and has anyone ran into this issue before? From what I've read this has only been an issue with Newer Tech processor upgrades.. any info would be great. thanks! --erik --------- "Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid." --Proverbs 12:1 (NKJV) --------- -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
