I thought the second disk of 1.6.4 contained the required SB and mouse

The package comes with a CD which has all the plug-ins one needs for Win95,
at least, and perhaps Win98.

I installed the mouse, sound and video plug-ins on top of Win95, and now
Windoze and MacOS operations are pretty much seamless. The "dongle" provided
with the PC Compatibility Card, plus the card's video switching, plus a
multi-scan monitor which can remember the various scanning combinations,
allows conventional Mac 1152x870 to work with conventional Win95 1280x1024
resolutions.

I have rarely used my Pentium PC since I installed the complete Win package
on my Pentium 166 PC Compatibility Card.
