I downloaded both parts of 1.6.4 from Apple's site. The first part contained the Mac side items and the second a disk image for the PC side (CD-ROM driver and file sharing). According to the PC card manual, the mouse driver and Soundblaster control programs are on the "PC Compatibility Card--PC Utilities CD".
