That depends on your card, Im not sure as I have had no experience with the
XLR8 ZIF carrier. But I have a 7500 with a Powerlogix G3 400/200/1 which is
currently running on a 55Mhz bus giving me 440/220/1. I think from memory
the 7500 can handle bus speeds from 40Mhz - 55Mhz.

I know mine wont do anything faster than 55Mhz though.
