Hello, I just received a 9 GB external hard drive that I bought on the internet. It looks great and was well packed. I connected it to my computer, turned it on and the blower came on. I can't tell whether the drive is spinning because the blower came on right away and is making a fair amount of noise. Anyhow, the computer doesn't recognize the drive. I tried the Apple utilities and Hard Disk Tool Kit, but they don't recognize it. What am I not doing? Thanks
