Easy, There are two latches in the front of the box. One is down below the
label that says "Power Macintosh 7200/120, and the other is beneath the CD
eject button. They are round shaped. Just push up on them at the same time
and pull forward. 

Incidentally, I have the take apart manual in PDF format. It's about 1.6MB.
If you'd like I'll forward a copy as an attachment.
