True, but do note that MS has terminated the licenses for 95 and 
earlier, soon to do it for 98, has required anyone who wants support to 
be at "Win2K or better" and does not support their new technologies 
like Active Directory on anything before Win2K or XP, including 98, 
98SE, ME, and NT.
