The bus is whatever cable the drive is on.

For most PCI Macs, the CD-ROM is always on that same bus, and the CD-ROM 
always provides termination for that bus.

The ID is plugged on the drive.

For an ST-15150N which is to be assigned ID 0 on Bus 0, there need be no 
jumpers.
