Mostly agreed :) However, I feel there is no reason to run Netscape with Mozilla around. Mozilla and Netscape share nearly 100% of the same features, but Mozilla comes without the AOL Advertisements. It is somewhat less annoying on the Mac, but on Windows you end up with "Get AOL FREE!!" aliases on the Desktop, in your Start Menu (at the top, I might add), as well as a couple other places without your asking them to be there. Plus Mozilla tends to stay a few steps ahead of Netscape in versioning, I've generally found the betas to be quite stable (the alphas, on the other hand...). Unless you want/need the couple extra features in Netscape over Mozilla (integrated AIM is the only one I can think of off-hand), I'd say stick with Mozilla.
