Hi,
     Yes - you can just go for a bigger HD - internal (preferably a 50 
pin or you'll need an adapter) or external - Toast only needs to be 
installed on the system disk.
     Plenty of HD's for sale on the swap list - I don't know much about 
the 7200 but most macs have provision for an extra internal drive.
