While RAM is cheap throw in a couple of 128 Meg DIMMS or pick up some 
64-meggers cheap on eBay.

I have a very similar setup to yours except that I have the 800 G4 and 
1.5 gigs of RAM installed.

I like to give Quark and Photoshop 3 or 4 hundred megs each.

You cant be too rich, or too thin, or have too much RAM.
