The Widows' portion of the computer is definitely susceptible.   The 
way VPC works is it creates an entire x86 computer in software.  The 
DOS/Windows software does not know that it is running in an emulated 
environment and works exactly the same way it does normally.   It is 
as susceptible as real hardware is, just running slower.
