My thesis was that it *would* use a VST UltraTek/66 card and an Atto UL2D and run OS 9.1 and that it would like it. Some of my arguments included the CUDA button and the PRAM Zap. However, in the end the computer was victorious, and out of spite I failed to reset the date and time. Anyone know if the Tempo Trio supports ATAPI devices? If it will run my Acer 16X DVD-ROM drive I'll ditch this troublesome VST card. (It's actually a lovely card in most ways, especially in terms of ATAPI support, but it refuses to coexist with the UL2D, 2940U2B and PCI JackHammer under OS 9.1. And I want to run OS 9.1 and use one of those cards, and I want to have an IDE drive and an ATAPI DVD-ROM drive installed.)
