Yes.

Actually, it's worse than you think.  Programs such as Outlook and 
Eudora, by default, offer a message "preview" pane with HTML 
rendering turned on.  That means that the *single* mouse click 
necessary to select the email for deleting actually OPENS it!  And 
under Windows, that means the message body is handed to MS' embedded 
HTML engine for rendering.  So all the security holes are "available" 
and you just jumped into them - with a single click.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can shove his head under.

Most people seem to lack what we consider "common sense".  Computers 
befuddle them.  They can't manage to do the simplest things...  And 
no matter how much you recommend, beg, cajol, lecture, etc, they
1) will always open attachments.
2) will rarely make backups.
3) won't check in their rear-view mirror.
4) won't check their tire tread or fluid levels.
5) won't slow down in the rain.

It's human nature.
