64s will work in a 6100 but only 32s will work in the 7100 and 8100. 
There is no way to get the 7100 a memory jump. Also, the fastest video 
card available on the NUBUS Macs is very poky. That is why I usualy 
recomend a person buy a PCI Mac that will cost $50. or less. A 7600, 
7300 at 180 MHz or more is a very usable computer. A 7600/132 is way 
better that any NUBUS (7100, 8100, 6100) Power Mac. A 7600/132 is easily 
had for under $40. The low end PCI Macs are as Cheap as buying RAM for a 
NUBUS PPC, much cheaper than buying 64mb moduals.
