I capture at [EMAIL PROTECTED] using YUY2 and picvideo mjpeg codec at the
highest quality. After editing, I render to VCD format using TMPGE on the
Windows machine and get a VCD of such quality that VCD has become the medium
of choice for our family videos (until we can afford DVD). The rendering
seems to take 2-3 minutes per minute of video.
I have tried some mac rendering programs and wish I could find one as good
as TMPGE, that would produce as good a quality mpeg.
