If you do install both Toast and Disk burner, be aware you'll probably have to rename your Toast CD driver extension with a space at the beginning to force it to load before Disk Burner and CD Authoring, so that both will work. There's an Apple technote about this issue.
In fact you should probably turn OFF the Apple extensions, and just leave the Toast ones.
Yes, but only if you want to *not* use Disk Burner (or burn from iTunes), which I find a lot more practical and useful than Toast.
