Hello all,

I've been slowly trying to get an 8500 together with parts from eBay, etc.
now I have everything together, but I am having trouble trying to boot,

It seems to me that there is some gremlin in the floppy controller or ADB
of this box. When I boot the system, before I get a happy mac, but after the
normal chime, the floppy drive starts going like mad trying to eject. This is
with two separate floppy drives and cables, so I think it must be something on
the motherboard. Anyone else ever seen behaviour like this or have any
suggestions for troubleshooting?

      Thanks,

Jon.
