In my original message, I <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> sent on Oct 15, 2003 at 9:48 AM to PCI PowerMacs list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> regarding my 7500/100:
Pulled and zapped the VRAM and PRAM once again. Dumb question, ok, so I think I've been making an error. Is the cuda button located near the power supply on a 7500? Next dumb question, why doesn't the replacement 1.4 Mb floppy drive read the disks that my previous unmagnetized drive did? And why won't it format any disks? Will it have something to do with the errors I've been getting? I was assured that my drive would work. I bought two. The first one won't read any disk and when I try to format a disk, it fails without any reasoning. The second drive won't read, format or eject any of my disks. Thanks for your continued support.
