You can't send screen shots to the list. But you could take one and post it on the web and link to it. Screen shots are Open-Apple, Shift, 4. You would need to show the Apple System Profiler to show what the boot device is and then also show Disk Utility to show what volumes are present and what ones are RAIDed.
