I would like to upgrade the video in my 9600. I currently have
a Sonnet G4/450 card installed, 608 megs of RAM, and the original
ixMicro Twin Turbo video card.
The general research that I have done leads me to the Radeon
7000 card. What I would like to know is: is this the card of choice of
this list? What is the difference between the 32 and 64 meg cards.
>From what I have seen the 64 doesn't have the S video out, is this
something to consider or a "who cares" thing? What about compatibility
issues? I want to upgrade from 8.6 to 9.1 (or 9.2.x) and/or OS 10.x I
currently have an install for 10.1, but thinking about Jaguar.
