You need to download and install Apple Video Player if you didn't install it before.

Also you'll need Quicktime. I'd use Quicktime 5 if you can find it - 6 is giving me trouble on my 8500 board.

You should be able to export from Apple Video Player to a Quicktime format then convert it from there.

I have a few more links but I can't seem to find them right now. If I do I'll post them.
