Just tried it on my powerbook 1400C/133 with the same results. I guess I'll
try a the slower processor. I post back the results. I really want to get
this working. My wife and I have our first due next month and I can't afford
a new camera at this time.

A ten or twenty dollar USB card, the Apple USB card support software and a serial to USB connector might do the trick. Then I assume the camera memory will show up as a disk that can be accessed and presuming it is a standard format your image software should be able to load and save it.
