Okay this is driving me nuts... Hopefully someone can help.
I have a G3/300/256mb ram/ OS 9.1 When I run IE 5.01 ( I know I know...) If I try to open multiple windows with my 56k dailup connection, the system freezes. This is happening with more and more frequency and it's becoming more frusttrating. I don't have to option of broadband or dsl because of my location.. Any ideas?
Two things come to mind from experience. Allocate more memory to the application. And,have you added RAM lately?
Are all of the chips matched for speed, type and size ?
