Check and make sure the video cable is firmly seated on both the computer and monitor. Try flexing it to see if it is causing the problem. The flicking could also indicate a failing solder joint in the monitor, probably in the gun assembly or high voltage section.. If you give the monitor a sound rap on the side toward the rear, and it flicks yellow you know that is the problem. The downside of this test would be that it might flick yellow and not back. >> Thanks! I really think there is some kind of electrical interference from the construction upstairs. It happened so suddenly and tonight seems fine. I hope this is the end of this problem.
