Tried both, first I dug into the thing, whoever dreamt up the 6500 case
was a sadist, the cable is a harness deal and without a female to female ATA
ribbon adapter I can't do the master-slave arrangement. Is there such a
beast?
Unfortunately, booting off CD and running Drive Setup the drive was not
recognized.
I might have to have someone with a PC do reformat for me.

Thanks All,
David
