Howdy! I've always had good luck with Adaptec cards. Here's a good one http://www.macresq.com/store/detail.php?prodID=P008329 If you're planning on running OS X, its pretty much optimized for G4 processors. You'll need a third party utility to install and run OS X on "unsupported" machines. Xpostfacto available from http://www.macsales.com is the best one. The author claims he's working on a patch to allow Panther installation so I'd go with Jaguar which can be had for around $60. Or you could always upgrade to a "sawtooth" original G4 system for around $500 and have everything running MUCH faster than on a 9500. Just my $.02 J.
