[PCI] G3 400 9600 slower than G3 240 6116

My gremlin-infested 9600 G3 (OS9.1, lotsa RAM) finally became 
completely unusable, so I have unmothballed the trusty old G3 6116 (a 
computer I really LIKE) and am now using IT.

I have noticed that the 6116 is FAR faster at loading websites and 
transferring mail (Eudora 5.1) than the "faster" 9600 (Eudora 6).

Go figure. Well, NOTHING about that damn 9600 figured.

So I picked up 8 rev 1 B&W G3s locally for $125 each... I'll sell 7 
and keep the other. BUT I'll need a SCSI card/cables to run the 
68-pin HDs I'll transfer from the 9600 (gawd, will this bring the 
gremlins in to roost in the B&W??).
