My proposal, THE NEILL SOLUTION, would solve ALL SPAM problems.

Your proposal is to violate the basic email address syntax rules, then have everyone on the planet upgrade their mail client and server softwares to handle it? oh joy. ROFLMAO

AND it would be useless anyway because people would create address book entries for your bizarre schema -- for viruses to harvest! Or, if you want to tout your pseudo-random key scheme, the virus could harvest your seeds!

See <"Bill Neill" [EMAIL PROTECTED]> another example
is <"Bill Neill" [EMAIL PROTECTED]> where the #123BFD456
or #Family1234 is a alpha-numeric (or hexadecimal) number or word
THAT IS assigned BY ME and can be changed at will BY ME, and is known
as the ALPHA-NUMERIC NUMBER CODE (ANC) KEY.

Just have your buddies include a code word in their emails to you, then you can bit bucket any email that doesn't include that word.
