I'm happy with Eudora 6.1, in sponsored mode. It's faster than previous 6.x releases, 100% stable (so far; knock wood), and my filters only miss one or two spams a day. IOW, baysian filters are hardly a necessity for me.

As for using a beta product on such a continuing basis... IMO, that's a good idea. It will expire soon.
