  Pull the board out and re-set the VideoRAM stick, check the battery, and
re-set the RAM simm(s) and then try it.  Listen closely for the thrum of the
de-gausing of the monitor, if you don't hear that then it is possible it has
some internal power or tube problems, hope this helps, good luck. I also
have a PowerPC 5400/200, now with 134 MB of RAM, using RAMDoubler 8 it gives
me 250MB.
