I've had Mozilla cause major problems before and have resorted to dark side using IE 5 on my Mac running OS 9.1 and it seems to be the best browser available for OS 9xx. I actually like Mozilla far better but have given up on it after a year or so of problems. Even the latest builds seem to be the same. Also: I've been having similar problems on one of my Mac PTP clone w/300 G3. I wiped the boot drive clean, re-installed OS 9.1 and the problem got worse. So I removed all PCI cards except ATA (slot 1) Video (slot 2) and USB (slot 3) then did the cuda thing and it seems to be better now after reducing it to the bare necessities. I also had a SCSI drive that was getting really hot, so I removed it and put it in an external case with it's own fan just to make sure it wasn't the problem.
