Pardon me, I have forgotten all the details: Take out all the PCI cards. Put
in just one or maybe two if you have to, RAM chips (Try each in turn),
forget about the HD, disconnect it or use another HD which you know boots
another machine ok, use a CD or floppy to start (they need a valid System
Folder on it, don't try anything fancy like more than 9). The speaker works?
The monitor is known to be good? Work thoroughly thru one machine at a time,
eg. if you want to try a processor, swap the processor (using the temporary
"spare" in the machine you are not testing)... Take out the video Ram and
use the spares. Big drag and very time consuming changing one factor at a
time...

Maybe you have tried all these things?
