I would check out your RAM thoroughly. Yank all the sticks but one or two that you can trust as much as possible and see the effects. And go from there. I have had just such a problem and it was a bad RAM stick in one case and two in another case. Gauge Pro, if you can run long enough without your problems, should confirm that there is a problem if there is, but not tell you which stick.
