Although there are various makers, Apple used a terminator made by AMP, 
Incorporated.

AMP part number 869587-1.

But any functionally equivalent terminator can do.

What these do is take TERMPWR from pin 25 of the ribbon cable, and 
terminate each of the data bus and tag bus signals.

Some may be active terminators. Not sure if the AMP one is, or is not.
