I know absolutely nothing about hosts, host servers, etc,
etc. I don't know which OS is considered the best for
hosting, and which the worse for hosts. Which is considered
the best, and which OS for hosts should I avoid? I need a
host that has 100% uptime or VERY close to it, (my site is
down a few minutes out of every hour and at least an hour
day) fast page loads, min of 200mb storage, min of 5gb
traffic, 15-20 email addresses, mailing list, newsletter,
SSL, password protected pages, 24/7 access to be able to
upload data, site must be accessible via either www or JUST
http and no www prefix, stats, form mail, ......well, an
example of their 'control panel' is here.

that since if or when I change I don't want to DEgrade, but
upgrade in features.
